The full form of ICC is " International Cricket Council " and it refers to sports activities . It was founded as " Imperial Cricket Conference " in 1909 by Australia , England and South Africa . Later its name changed as International Cricket Conference in 1965. In 1989 its name further changed as International Cricket Council which is its present name.
