The full form of BDS is " Bachelor of Dental Surgery " . This is under graduate course in medical line and thus this course refers the medical line course.This course deals with the dental problems like Teeth, Jaw and other Gums problems.The time period for this course is five years and divided into two parts as : four years training and one year compulsory internship .

Eligibility for BDS course :
- The candidate who have passed 12th class with Physics , Chemistry and Biology subjects can apply for BDS ( Bachelor of Dental Surgery ) .
- The candidate should have to pass NEET ( National Eligibility cum Entrance Test ) exam to take admission in BDS. This test is conducted at state and national level in various colleges.
